The Keynote

Great culture is not a poster on the wall. It is built on purpose — through what leaders model, reward, and tolerate.

In many organisations, culture is still treated as a soft idea rather than a serious business advantage. Yet culture shapes how people make decisions, work together, respond to pressure, and deliver results.

Kenneth shows why great corporate culture does not happen by accident. It is built intentionally through leadership, reinforced through everyday behaviours, and sustained by what organisations reward, tolerate, and prioritise.

When culture is weak or unclear, strategy stalls, silos grow, and values remain words on the wall. But when leaders build culture by design, they create stronger alignment, greater ownership, better collaboration, and long-term competitive advantage.

This session helps leaders rethink culture as a driver of performance and equips them with practical insights to build a workplace culture that lasts.

  • Understand how leaders shape culture through what they model, reward, and allow
  • Learn what it takes to move values from slogans into everyday behaviours

FAQ

Booking this keynote

How is this different from a values-launch talk?

A values launch celebrates what the organisation wants to be. This keynote focuses on the harder question — what behaviours reinforce or undermine those values day-to-day, and who is responsible for reinforcing them. It is culture as leadership practice, not culture as announcement.

Who should be in the room — senior leaders only, or all-hands?

Both work, with different emphases. For senior leaders, the keynote focuses on what they model, reward, and tolerate. For all-hands, the emphasis shifts to how culture is reinforced by everyone — and why it is not only an HR or CEO responsibility.

Does this work for post-merger culture integration?

Yes — post-merger is one of the strongest contexts for this keynote. Instead of "build one culture from scratch", it becomes "what do we amplify from each side and what do we retire". Ideal timing is 60–120 days post-close, once the initial noise has settled.

Standalone keynote or part of a longer culture programme?

Both. Many organisations book Kenneth as the anchor keynote for a culture summit, then run a Deep Impact-designed manager programme in the following quarter to convert the ideas into observable practice.
