The Session

Learning only counts once it survives contact with the day job

Most organisations do not have a content problem. People have sat through the frameworks, taken the notes, and agreed with the idea in the room. What is missing is the structured practice that turns an agreed idea into something a team still does eight weeks later.

Kenneth's masterclasses are built around that gap. Groups work on their real priorities — the stalled project, the difficult conversation, the change nobody has bought into yet — and leave with a small, specific set of behaviours they have already rehearsed.

Sessions run as a half-day, full-day or multi-day programme, in person or virtual, and follow Deep Impact's 5Ds Framework so the outcome is measured on behaviour change rather than on satisfaction scores.

What You Get

Outcomes

  • Practise the shift on real work, not a hypothetical case study
  • Leave with a short, specific set of behaviours the team has rehearsed
  • Build shared language managers actually use with each other afterwards
  • Convert an earlier keynote or programme into applied change
  • Give leaders a follow-up structure that keeps the habit alive
  • Measure the result on documented behaviour change, not happy sheets

Methodology

The 5Ds Framework

Every masterclass runs on the same five moves. It is what turns a good day in the room into behaviour that is still there a quarter later.

01

Discuss business needs

We start from your business challenge, not a syllabus: what is not working, who it affects, and what has to be different afterwards.

02

Define leadership involvement

Sponsors and line managers agree their part up front. The programmes that fade are the ones leaders stay out of.

03

Deliver immersive experience

A working session, not a lecture. Participants practise on their own priorities with facilitation, peer coaching and honest feedback.

04

Determine focused action

Everyone leaves with a small, specific commitment — a named behaviour, a named situation, and a review point.

05

Document sustainable change

Progress is tracked after the room empties and reported back, so the investment is measured on what people do differently.

Programmes

Five masterclass series

Each series groups the sessions that solve the same kind of problem. Any of them runs as a standalone masterclass or builds into a longer application journey.

FAQ

Booking this session

How is a masterclass different from the keynote?

The keynote changes how the room thinks; the masterclass changes what the room does on Monday. A keynote is 45–60 minutes, one-to-many, and built for impact. A masterclass is half a day or longer, small enough for everyone to speak, and built around practice on your real work.

How are the programmes customised to us?

Every programme starts with a discovery conversation about your business challenges, team dynamics and desired outcomes. Content, case studies and exercises are then tailored to your context — we never deliver an off-the-shelf workshop.

What group size works best?

Most masterclasses run with 15 to 40 participants, which is where the practice rounds work. Larger populations are normally run as repeated cohorts rather than one big room; for an audience of 200+, a keynote is the better format.

Can it follow a keynote we have already run?

Yes, and that is the most common shape. The masterclass picks up the language the keynote introduced and takes it into the participants' own agenda, which is what makes the earlier investment stick.

Do you run these virtually?

Yes. Every programme can be delivered in person, virtually over Zoom or Teams, or as a hybrid, using breakout rooms, polls and real-time collaboration. Thousands of participants across 40+ countries have been trained this way.

How do you measure whether it worked?

Through the 5Ds Framework we track behaviour change rather than satisfaction scores — pre- and post-session assessments, follow-up action plans, and documented impact shared back with your leadership team.

How long does it take to get started?

From the first conversation to delivery, typical lead time is three to six weeks depending on how deep the customisation goes. For urgent needs we can usually mobilise within two weeks on the most established formats.
