Booking

Book Kenneth Kwan as your keynote speaker

Check a date, understand what a booking involves, and see which format fits your event. Kenneth has spoken to audiences in 40+ countries and 285+ organisations, and every session is shaped around the brief rather than delivered off the shelf.

Formats

What you can book

Same material, different room. The format changes how it is structured, not how much work goes into it.

Keynote, in person

30-60 minutes on the main stage. Conferences, annual kick-offs, leadership summits, town halls.

Virtual keynote

Delivered from Kenneth's own studio with production-grade audio and lighting. Same content, built for a remote room.

Hybrid keynote

Live in the room and streamed to remote audiences at the same time, with the content structured so neither audience is an afterthought.

Panel moderation

Kenneth moderates rather than presents: briefing the panellists, shaping the question arc, and keeping the discussion on the outcome you booked it for.

Webinar or masterclass

Longer form, 60-90 minutes, with structured interaction. Suits internal leadership programmes and client-education sessions.

Offsite or workshop

Half or full day with facilitated breakouts and Q&A, when the goal is application rather than inspiration.

The Process

How booking works

Five steps from first enquiry to the stage. Nothing is committed until you want it to be.

1

Initial contact

Tell us your date, audience and objective. We will confirm availability and hold the date while you decide, with no obligation.

2

Alignment call

A conversation with Kenneth about your event objectives, the audience profile, and what needs to be different afterwards.

3

Booking confirmation

The date is secured with a deposit. Our team handles contracting, logistics and AV requirements from there.

4

Tailoring the content

Two to three weeks out, Kenneth works with your team to shape the session around your theme, your language and your examples.

5

Event day

Kenneth arrives early, runs AV checks, reads the room, and delivers. You get a session that fits the event rather than one that was delivered somewhere else last week.

Timing

How far ahead should you book?

The honest answer is that it depends on the format, and that short notice is worth asking about rather than assuming.

More questions answered

Conferences and annual events

3 to 6 months

Peak season in Singapore runs November to February and again around mid-year. Popular dates go early.

Internal leadership sessions

4 to 8 weeks

Enough time for the alignment call and proper tailoring.

Virtual sessions and webinars

2 to 4 weeks

No travel to coordinate, so the runway is shorter.

Short notice

Ask anyway

Dates open up. If Kenneth is not available he will say so immediately rather than leave you waiting.
